About Loose Talk & Loose Mushaira

Loose Talk is a popular televised comedy show in Urdu language which has one of the largest viewership in south Asia. Both have been awarded Pride of Performance medal by Pakistan government which is awarded by President of Pakistan and is the most prestigious civil award for outstanding performance. Loose Talk is on Air in over 100 countries including USA & Canada on ARY DIGITAL TV for the past Six years. ARY can be watched at Rogers, Bell TV, Dish Network and etc. The show is based on the performance by two major Artists, Anwar Maqsood and Moin Akhtar. They are the masters of observational and situational comedy. They both were awarded "Pride of Performance" by the President of Pakistan. They have won numerous awards from Television, Film, Stage and all other print and electronic Medias both in Pakistan and India. They have been performing together for last 32 years on Pakistan Television, Stage and on Silver Screen. 14 other recognized performers will be in the show including famous TV, Film and Stage artists like Qazi Wajid, Behroz Subzwari, Ayaz Khan, Shehzad Raza, Saadia Malik & Aziz Warsi. The show is divided into three segments, the first being "LOOSE TALK”, which is a satirical comic act, where Anwar plays an interviewer and Moin plays an interviewee. In each act, Moin impersonates different personality from the society.
